The HemorrhoidsPro editorial team can be reached at hello@hemorrhoidspro.com. That is the only contact we publish. We do not list a phone number or a street address.
Write about a correction, a broken link, or a question about how a page was put together. Read the medical disclaimer before you write about your own symptoms. We cannot diagnose you by email, and we cannot tell you which treatment to use on your body.
The hemorrhoid symptom checker points you to a guide from a few questions. When to see a doctor for hemorrhoids lists the signs that need a visit. The bleeding hemorrhoids guide explains when bleeding fits hemorrhoids and when it should be checked. Heavy bleeding, black stools, fever or severe pain need a clinician or emergency services now.
What to put in a correction
A useful correction is short and specific. Use the page title in the subject line, then include:
- The page address from your browser bar, so we open the same page you did.
- The sentence that looks wrong, quoted so we can find the same line.
- What you think the sentence should say, and why.
- A link to a guideline, a study abstract or a government health page, if you have one.

If the cited source does not support the sentence, we correct the page and change the date. If the source does support it, we leave the sentence. The editorial policy describes that check. Who writes the pages is on About HemorrhoidsPro.
Questions about products and paid mentions
Questions about why a product is on a list are welcome. Include the page address. The selection steps are public in the affiliate disclosure: listings many buyers have rated, a read of recent praise and complaints written in our own words, and a check of that product type against published research.
We do not publish paid articles. A brand cannot pay for a mention in a guide or a slot on a product list. A free sample is not a way onto a list. Current picks are grouped on the best hemorrhoid products. We show a rough price level on those pages, not a live price. Check Amazon for the price you would pay today.
What not to send

We also cannot tell you whether you need surgery, which cream to buy for your case, or whether your bleeding can wait. Those questions belong with a clinician who can examine you.
Orders placed on Amazon
If you bought something through a link on this site, the sale is with Amazon. We do not have your Amazon account. We cannot look up an order, a return, a refund or a damaged package. Amazon handles shipping and returns. Our privacy policy explains what happens when a product link leaves this site, including cookies Amazon may set.
How we handle your email
We use your message to check the page or the question you sent. HemorrhoidsPro does not ask you to sign up, and we do not sell personal information.
